Acceptable Use Policy.

Last updated: 16 June 2026. Rules of acceptable use for Dynamic Commerce Group services, hosted platforms, and websites — what's prohibited and how we handle violations.

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) sets out the rules that govern your use of services provided by Dynamic Commerce Group (“DCG”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). DCG is registered as an Individual Entrepreneur in Georgia and operates from Batumi, serving clients worldwide. By using our services, you agree to follow this policy.

1. Scope

This AUP applies to all services we operate or deliver, including our public website, hosted platforms and applications, custom-built systems we maintain on your behalf, infrastructure we provision (servers, storage, accounts), and any APIs, communication tools, or content feeds we make available. It applies to you, your end users, and anyone you grant access to.

2. Prohibited content

You may not use our services to host, transmit, or make available content that is:

  • illegal under applicable law, including content that exploits or endangers minors;
  • defamatory, threatening, harassing, hateful, or discriminatory;
  • fraudulent, deceptive, or designed to phish, mislead, or impersonate another person or organisation;
  • obscene, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate to a general business audience;
  • infringing on a third party's intellectual property, trade-secret, publicity, or privacy rights.

3. Prohibited activities

You may not use our services to:

  • distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or other malicious code;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, network, or data — ours, a client's, or any third party's;
  • probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system or network without our prior written permission;
  • interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services, including via denial-of-service attacks, flooding, or resource-exhaustion techniques;
  • bypass, circumvent, or attempt to defeat any authentication, access control, or security feature;
  • send unsolicited bulk email, SMS, or other forms of spam from systems we host;
  • collect personal data without a lawful basis and clear notice to data subjects;
  • use the services to facilitate sanctioned-party transactions, money laundering, terrorism financing, or other illegal commerce.

4. Fair use of shared resources

Many of our services run on shared infrastructure. You agree not to use a disproportionate share of CPU, memory, bandwidth, storage, email, or API quota in a way that materially degrades service for other clients. If your workload requires dedicated capacity, contact us to size and provision it appropriately.

5. Resale and sub-licensing

You may not resell, sublicense, lease, or otherwise make our services available to third parties as a standalone offering without our prior written authorisation. Embedding our services as part of a larger solution you deliver to your own customers is permitted where this is contemplated by your contract with us, provided you remain responsible for your customers' compliance with this AUP.

6. Responsibility for your users and content

You are responsible for everyone who accesses or uses the services through your accounts, integrations, or domains — including employees, contractors, and end users. You are responsible for the content they upload, transmit, or publish. You agree to take reasonable steps to ensure they comply with this AUP and to address any violations promptly when they are brought to your attention.

7. Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is using our services in violation of this AUP — including content hosted on a platform we operate — please report it to info@dynamiccommercegroup.com. Include:

  • the URL, account, or specific content you are reporting;
  • a short description of the conduct or content of concern;
  • your contact details so we can follow up if needed.

We review every report. We may, but are not obligated to, share the outcome of our review with you.

8. Suspension and termination

We may, with or without prior notice depending on severity:

  • remove or disable access to specific content that violates this AUP;
  • suspend an account, project, or specific service pending investigation;
  • terminate an engagement for serious or repeated violations, in line with our Terms and your contract with us;
  • cooperate with law-enforcement requests where legally required.

Where reasonable, we will attempt to give you notice and an opportunity to cure before suspending or terminating, but we may act without notice for violations that pose immediate risk to us, our other clients, or third parties.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this AUP from time to time to address new types of misuse, changes in our services, or changes in applicable law. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means (typically email to active clients).

10. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes that cannot be resolved by good-faith negotiation will be submitted to the competent courts of Batumi, Georgia, unless your contract with DCG specifies a different forum.
