Question 1

What is Dynamic Commerce Group?

Accepted Answer

Dynamic Commerce Group is a business consultancy based in Batumi, Georgia. We help companies and investors with international trade, export-import, real estate, and setting up businesses — built on more than 23 years of hands-on experience.

Question 2

What services does DCG offer?

Accepted Answer

Six services: International Trade Consulting (sourcing, buyer and supplier matching, market entry), Export & Import (documentation, logistics, customs), Real Estate Investment (property investment advisory in Georgia and Türkiye), Property Advisory (finding, evaluating, and managing property), Company Formation (registering and structuring businesses), and Business Strategy & Growth (market expansion and sales strategy). Most engagements combine several of these.

Question 3

Who does DCG work with?

Accepted Answer

Entrepreneurs, investors, and companies — from individuals expanding into trade or property, to businesses entering new markets or setting up abroad.

Question 4

What makes DCG different?

Accepted Answer

Three things. First, our team brings more than 23 years of international business experience across MENA, Europe, and Türkiye — real commercial know-how, not theory. Second, we work with a genuine global network of suppliers, buyers, and partners built over those years. Third, we treat every engagement as a true partnership: we advise honestly, open the right doors, and stay with you after the deal is done.

Question 5

How does an engagement with DCG work?

Accepted Answer

Four steps. Understand — we learn your goals, market, and constraints. Advise — we give you a clear, practical plan and honest options. Connect and execute — we open doors to suppliers, buyers, partners, and paperwork, and help you act. Support — we stay with you through the deal and beyond.

Question 6

How much does it cost?

Accepted Answer

Every engagement is tailored to your goals. Book a free consultation and we'll map out the right approach and a clear proposal.

Question 7

How long does it take?

Accepted Answer

It depends on the engagement — from a single advisory session to a longer project. We'll give you a realistic timeline after our first conversation.

Question 8

Do you support us after the engagement?

Accepted Answer

Yes — the relationship does not end when the deal closes. We stay available for follow-up questions, and for ongoing engagements we agree a regular check-in rhythm with you. You deal directly with the people who advised you, not a ticket queue.

Question 9

Do you work internationally?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we're based in Batumi and work with clients across Europe, the Middle East, North America, and Asia.

Question 10

Is our information safe with DCG?

Accepted Answer

We handle your documents and information confidentially, using secure systems and access controls. See our Security and Privacy pages for the detail.

Question 11

How do fees and payments work?

Accepted Answer

Engagements are typically billed by milestone or on agreed terms — we keep it clear and simple. All fees are quoted excluding VAT where applicable. For cancellation terms see our Refund & Cancellation Policy, or talk to us directly.
